Security experts with ambition
We have two levels: Security Professional and Security Expert. Both work independently, both take ownership, both are rewarded on impact.
Security Professional
For professionals with 3+ years of IT experience who take security seriously. You're a CISSP Associate or pass your CISSP exam in the first year. You work independently on security challenges and can be deployed directly with clients.
Security Expert
For experienced professionals with 8+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in security. You're CISSP-certified or pass your CISSP exam in the first year. You tackle complex challenges independently and think strategically.
Security Professional
For professionals with 3+ years of IT experience who take security seriously. You're a CISSP Associate or pass your CISSP exam in the first year. You work independently on security challenges and can be deployed directly with clients.
Security Expert
For experienced professionals with 8+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in security. You're CISSP-certified or pass your CISSP exam in the first year. You tackle complex challenges independently and think strategically.
Your work at Argus IT
You work on security challenges at client sites. Sometimes on-site, sometimes remote, sometimes hybrid. For longer assignments or shorter projects. In IAM, cloud security, the modern workplace, or a combination.
You take ownership of your assignment. No passing the buck, no excuses. If something needs to happen, you handle it. If you don't know something, you figure it out or ask for help.
You work without a manager. This doesn't mean you're alone, you have colleagues to consult with. But it does mean you organize your own work, communicate directly with clients, and make your own decisions.
You're rewarded based on impact. The more value you deliver, the more you earn.

Salary and benefits
Base salary
A good base salary so you're well compensated even before we discuss our unique bonus structure.
Security Professional: €4,000 gross per month
Security Expert: €5,500 gross per month
Security Professional: €4,000 gross per month

Unique impact-based bonus
Our unique bonus structure is based on your individual impact. There are no limits or arbitrary restrictions, allowing you to maximize your earnings based on your performance.
Unlimited vacation days

Fully covered pension
We cover 100% of your pension contributions (12% premium). Includes partner pension, orphan's pension, and premium waiver for disability. No employee contribution.
Study budget
€5,000 per year. Whether it's certifications, courses, or conferences, we invest in your professional growth.
Holiday allowance
Receive 8% holiday allowance on top of your base salary, so you fully benefit from your earnings.
Technology choice
You receive a laptop and phone of your choice, so you have the best tools to do your work effectively.
CISSP certification
Don't have CISSP yet? No problem, we cover the costs for your certification in your first year. Already certified? We cover the annual recurring costs to maintain your certification.
