Terms and Conditions Trainings
Article 1. Payment Terms
All payments must be made prior to the training.
Payments can be made via the sent payment link or by transfer to NL26 BUNQ 2103 1648 49 in the name of Argus IT, mentioning the registration reference number.
Payment reminders are sent 7 days before the due date.
Article 2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the training are free of charge.
Cancellations between 14 and 7 days before the start of the training: 50% of the costs will be charged.
Cancellations within 7 days before the start of the training: full costs will be charged.
Participants will receive a confirmation after a cancellation.
Article 3. Rescheduling Policy
Participants can reschedule their participation to another date up to 14 days before the start of the training, subject to availability.
Participants will receive a confirmation after rescheduling their registration.
Article 4. No-show Policy
If a participant does not show up without prior cancellation, the full costs will be charged.
Article 5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving a cancellation request.
Article 6. Discounts and Promotions
Any discounts or promotions will be applied as stated at the time of registration.
Article 7. Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters) affecting the training, an appropriate solution will be sought, such as rescheduling the training to another date.
Article 8. Privacy Policy
Personal data of participants will be treated confidentially and used only for administrative purposes related to payments and cancellations.
